After years of supporting entrepreneurs as a virtual assistant and OBM, I shifted my focus to strategic operations and recently earned my Strategic Business Partner Certificate through the Director of Operations certification program. I’ve successfully completed my first strategic planning assignment, analyzing core alignment, operations, and leadership.
