I have 30+ years experience helping leadership be more effective by freeing them of the day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities, so they can focus on their expertise, and in business strategies, relationships and growth. From managing all of the day-to-day operations of small businesses, to managing teams and projects, to even managing up to leadership to keep you on track, I have a proven track record of ensuring that things keep running smoothly.
Most recently I have seen a clear need for layering on and focusing in on a specific area of Operations, which is AI Integration Strategy & Management. With AI moving so fast, and a ton of tools and methods you could integrate into your business, it's extremely important to me to help small business leaders make wise decisions by helping you have clarity around what actually needs solved and if AI is the best solution. In other words, I will save you money and headaches, by helping ensure you get the right solutions to streamline, grow and have more effective business operations.
How Pam Supports Clients
First I help my clients get clarity and a solid strategy and plan in place through target assessments in areas such as AI Integration, Business Process Improvement, Team Performance, Project Management and overall Operations Strategy. We can look at just one area, a few specific areas, or your entire operations.
Once we have a strategy and plan in place, we can continue to work together with me as your AI Integrator and/or Operations Manager, where I will oversee the execution of the strategy and plan that has been put in place.
